He is survived by: his wife Rachel Hernandez of Dublin, TX; his children, Yolanda (Ricardo Martinez), Mayra (Hugo Osronio), Michelle Hernandez, April Hernandez of Dublin, TX and Jose Ruperto Hernandez, Jr. (Renee Hernandez); his godson Salomon Hernandez (family: Yolanda Juan Bletran, Maria, Angles Hernandez, Angles Hernandez, Marina, Lupe, Jose Jesus Hernandez, Serafin Hernandez, Bertha Hernandez, Reyna, Franico); his daughter Lurdes; his son-in-law Armando Vasquez of Dublin, TX.; and also, Ana Maria and Olivia of Mexico. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
