She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Buchanan and Willard Akin; her sons, Danny Lee Davis and Ronald Glenn Davis; and her husband Davis.

She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Sicili Davis; her daughter Paula; her son-in-law Larry Thomas; her grandchildren, Nick, Emily, Lathan, Kayson, Jeff, Greg, Sara and Paul; and her great grandchild Presley Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
