He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Allen Smith and Marsha Smith (Head); his sisters, Kaylee Smith and Raychel Head; his grandparents, Katy Hodges, Ted Hodges and Allen Christiansen; his aunts and uncles, Josh Hodges, Cody Hodges, Chris Roundtree, Joseph Head, Andrew, Charlie, Charity Roundtree, Sidney Head, Kandie Hodges, Selina Hodges and Daisey Christiansen; and his cousins, Hunter Hodges, Blake Hodges, Kaitlyn Hodges, Hagen Hodges, Ansel Hodges, Carsyn Hodges, Drayke Head and Jason Olvera. He is also survived by many other relatives, special friends, and cousins.
