She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nellie Howell and Everett Howell; her former husband Rex Williams; her husband Stone Risinger; her siblings, Bob Howell, Bill Howell (Wanda), Jim Howell and Betty Vaughn (Richard); her children, Melissa "Missy" Brewer (Mike) and Todd Williams; her grandchildren, Megan Horton (Kyle), Shelby Brewer and Brynn Brewer; her great grandchildren, Skyler and Eleanor; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Howell and Wanda Howell. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
