He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ivy Malott and Mattie Lee Malott (Smith); his wife Shirley Ann Malott (Bailey); his brothers, Joe Dudley Malott and William Dale Malott; his brothers-in-law, Richard Chadwell and Ernie Gray; and his granddaughter Serenity Grace Malott.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Malott, Bobby Malott, Robby Malott (Patty), Dwayne Malott (Lisa) and Sheryl Brown (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Kara (Chris), Robby Wade (Monica), Ashleigh, Nikki, Aleesha (Andrew) and Shelby; his siblings, Donald Malott (Jeanie), Christine Gray and Genell Chadwell; his sister-in-law Alice Van Wagner; his grandsons, Tommy Brown, Patrick Malott and Tristan Malott; his nephews, David Malott and Tommy Ayers; and his son-in-law Kenneth Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
