He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Dean Burrier Cobb; and his parents, Aletha Cavett Cobb and O. H. Cobb (Wolf). He is survived by: his daughter Codie Cobb Crenshaw; his grandsons, Liam and Wills Crenshaw (Faith); his siblings-in-law, Tammie Burrier Flack and Kevin Flack; his nephews, Colby Flack (Adrienne) and Ryan Flack (Naurene); his brother Joe Cobb; his nieces, Shannon Cobb Evans (Charles Goforth) and Kim Cobb Moncure (Doug); and his great-nieces, Aubrey Gann and Amanda Moncure.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dripping Springs United Methodist Church (28900 Ranch Rd 12, Dripping Springs, TX 78620). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dripping Springs Methodist Church (28900 Ranch Rd 12, Dripping Springs, TX 78620). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the Phillips Cemetery.
