He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Casey Dunlap of Dripping Springs, Texas; his brothers, George M. Dunlap and Richard R. Dunlap of Salem, Oregon; and his children, Chuck Dunlap Jr. of Austin and Charmyn Casey Dunlap.
