She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Spradling and Mildred Shelby Spradling; her brothers, Albert Spradling Jr., Robert Dudley Spradling and Donald Gary Spradling; and her sons, Gregory Taylor Johnson and Jeffrey Shelby Johnson.

She is survived by: her son Gary Stratton Johnson (Natalie); her granddaughter Laura Johnson Hendrix (James Joseph Hendrix); her great grandchild James Jeffery Hendrix; and her grandson Christopher Jeffrey Johnson.

Additionally, out of respect for her wishes, she has asked that in lieu of flowers the family requests with great gratitude that memorial contributions in her name be made to the charitable organization of your choice.
