She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Simmons; her son Shannon Simmons; and her granddaughter Megan Fitzwater. She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Simmons-Jackson (David), Denise Padilla (Jeff) and Dawn Mitchell; her grandchildren, Sarah Davidson (Adam), Jacob Evans, Cody Jackson (Ashley), Caleb Evans, Kate Mitchell, Chase Jackson and Heather Mancha (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Kanyon, Kingston, Kutter, Sawyer, Fisher, Abby Jo, Nico, Nolan, Parker and Savanna.
