She was predeceased by: her son Wayne Gregston; her son-in-law John Phillips; the father of her children Ferriel Gregston; and her parents, Marlin Yates and Elizabeth Seymore Yates.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia, Kathy Phillips of Douglass, Sherrie Conaway of Douglass and Carl Gregston of Douglass; her grandchildren, Heath Pierce of LaPorte, Kyle Pierce of Nacogdoches, Michael Phillips of Nacogdoches, Roy Butler of Nacogdoches and Forrest Ray of Monroe, Louisiana; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Camden, Payton, Kase, Wrigley, Bryson, Heliena and Arya; her siblings, Claudette Chandler (Fred) of Nacogdoches, Marla-Beth Pike (Randy) of Troup, Larry Yates (Wanda) of Douglass and Jackie Yates (Sandy) of Douglass; and her daughter-in-law Janis Gregston of Woden.
