Norma Geistweidt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Geistweidt of Doss, Texas, who passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sem Rode and Alvina Rode (Kneese); her husband Elroy Geistweidt; her sister Viola Kott; her brother-in-law Dayton Kott; her brother Marcus Rode; her sisters-in-law, Helena Rode, Vernell Geistweidt, Charlene Geistweidt and Marilyn Riggle; and her daughter-in-law Carol Bourland Geistweidt.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Geistweidt of Fredericksburg, Donna Geistweidt Bryant (Franklin Bryant) of Fredericksburg, Kurt Geistweidt (Sylvia Hartmann) of Doss, Dale Geistweidt (Kaylyn Draper) of Fredericksburg and Lisa Geistweidt of Austin; her brother-in-law Bob Riggle; her grandchildren, Amy Geistweidt Jatzlaw (Warren), Sem Geistweidt (Danielle), Wade Geistweidt, Adam Geistweidt (Megan), Mark Geistweidt (Krystal), Katie Bryant Kvanli, Joshua Bryant (Katie Lee), Kasidy Geistweidt Blankenship (Ryan), Matt Geistweidt (Ashley), Jacob Geistweidt (Cortney) and Reid Geistweidt; and her stepgrandsons, Wes Bourland (Allison) and Will Bourland. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
