He is survived by: his wife Sherry Welge of Doss; his daughters, Kara Beth Welge of Yancey and Kayla Marie Welge of San Angelo; his siblings, Elouise Teschner (James), Berta Ann Boyce (Ken) and Conrad Welge (Marsha); and his grandchildren, Karsyn Brynn Pack and Sutton Dean Powell.
