We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2020, at the age of 75, Ronald Lee Pope (La Feria, Texas/ Ft Myers, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ron was born Jan 9, 1945 in East Prairie, MO. After graduating high school he did a 4 year enlistment in the US Navy. Once he left the Navy, he located back to MO and worked for Chrysler until he retired from there in 1998. After retiring, he moved to Ft Myers, Florida.
He was preceded in death by : his wife Gloria Pope; and his parents, Perry Martin Pope and Lucille Marie Cooper Uthoff Pope Moore; and his brother Larry Lloyd Pope. He is survived by : his daughter Denise Marie Pope Harlow; his grandchildren Erik (Jessica) Harlow, Alexandra Harlow, Pamela Harlow, and Suzanna Harlow; his great grandchild Claire Harlow; his sisters Charlene Uthoff Bradham and Jane Uthoff Evans Viets; his stepsister Barbara Moore Summerlott and stepbrother Billy Moore; along with nieces and nephews; and step daughters Debbie VanBeck, Shelly Huff, Stephanie Green, andJennifer Trueblood,
