He is survived by: his wife Teresita Garcia; his children, Josephina Garcia, Aurora Garcia, Juanita V. Garcia, Teresita Coronado (Barnabe) and Juan Jesus Garcia; his siblings, Julia Gaytan, Estella Garcia, Lupe Sauceda (Cruz), Maggie Hernandez (Rey) and Isidro Garcia; his grandchildren, Janel Garcia, Juan Perez, Natalie Olguin, Daniel Olguin Jr and Coronado; and his uncle Esteban Botello (Maria).
