He is survived by: his children, Ricardo Ernesto, Marcos Antonio, Juan Daniel Gomez, Cristina Victoria and Tanya Krystal Gomez; his siblings, Roy, Tony Gomez, Jovita Torres, Rosa Trevino, Eva Morua, SanJuana Rivera and Irene Ortega; and his grandchildren, Marible, Ricardo Jr., Alexandria, Micheal, Andromeda and Alexis Gomez.
