He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Lupita Chapa. He is survived by: his mother Joanna Martinez; his siblings, Nathan Castillo, Nicky Castillo, Nataly Martinez and Emily Martinez; and his grandparents, Zenaida Vasquez (Ricardo) and Joe Carranco (Mari). He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
