He is survived by: his parents, Gabriel Tovar, Sr. and Maria Andrea Leal Tovar; his wife Melissa Vargas; his daughters, Dalila A. Tovar, Talina R. Tovar and Gabriela G. Tovar; his siblings, Julia Tovar, Jessica Tovar and Simon Tovar; and his sister-in-law Maria Elena Tovar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
