It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Thomas Cone (Donna, Texas), born in San Marcos, Texas, who passed away on October 8, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Cone and Cynthia Cone; his brother Greg Cone; his cousin Robbie Posey; and his grandparents, Alfred, Regina Lundquist, Thomas Cone and Virginia Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Chancy Cone Oliver (Wade) of Austin and Sabrina Cone; his brother Clay Cone (Krista); his nephews, Gage and Gunnar of Seguin; and his parents-in-law, Joe, Linda Warner of Leander and Caryle. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
