He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Escue Smith and Eli Smith; his brother Gary Smith; and his former wife Jan of Wichita Falls, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Goodwin Smith; his children, Runay Moulder (Doug) of Weatherford, Texas and Allen (Carla) of Arlington, Texas; his siblings, Bill Smith (Sandra) of Hurst, Texas, Linda Horton (Robert) of Kyle and Sharon Barker of Hurst, Texas; his grandchildren, Kyle Moulder (Alicia), Kristin Moulder, Chase Moulder (Juliette), Cody Smith and Casey Smith; and his great grandchildren, Austyn Moulder, Paige Moulder, Kyndal Rench and Noah Moulder.
