He is survived by: his children, Laurie, Scott (Dianna), Lynnan (Randy), David (Amy) and Steven (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Tamra (Noah), Kelly (Kegan), Taylor, Kathryne, Zachary (Lexi), Nicholas, Matthew, Zane, Sage, Caleb, Elijah and Jonah.
