He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Mason and Gertrude Rushman Mason; his daughter Laura Mason; and his sister Judith Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Probst; his children, Rochelle Mason Tran, Abby Stephens (Todd) and Cory Mason; his brother-in-law Robert Patterson; and his stepsister Darlene O'Conner Campbell (Roger). He is also survived by seven grandsons, one granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
