He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jon David Lewis (Christy McNeely Lewis) of Wylie and Anella Lewis Willis of Murphy; his grandchildren, Brigitte, Nathan Lewis, Callie and Cade Willis of Murphy; and his brothers, Richard and Greg Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
