He is survived by: his wife Ramona Guerrero; his children, Niesha Sustaita, Isael Lopez, Issac Lopez, Jonathan Lopez, Melissa Marie Lopez, Israel Lopez and Elvida Isabella Lopez; his parents, Arturo Sustaita and Delia Sustaita; and his siblings, Leonel Sustaita, Cassandra Sustaita and Irma Silva. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
