He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andrew, George, Leonard, Viola, Stella, Flora and Tildy; and his grandson Stacy Posey.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Howery (Theresa) of Bonham, Patricia Posey (Vester) of Paris, Judy Keene of Bonham, Debbie Colvin (Will) of Dodd City, Linda Bruner (Barry) of Honey Grove and Donna Hyepock (Jerry) of Bells; his brother Juiel Howery of Alvarado; and his grandchildren, Chris, Travis, Amanda, Misty, Shelly, Michael, Sabrina, Amber, Justin, Corey, Christy, Jason and Laura. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grand-children, many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
