He was predeceased by: his father Charles Herpeche, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Bobby and Marie Butler. He is survived by: his wife Becky Herpeche of Dodd City; his mother Nannie Belle Herpeche of Bonham; his children, Blake Herpeche (Bekka) of Wiley, Kamey Sprouse (Jordan) of Greenville and Lexi Adkins (Cameron) of McKinney; his siblings, Charles Robert Herpeche Jr. (Beckey) of Bonham, Freddie Lou Hilliard (Richard) of Bonham, Tammie Williams (David) of Ivanhoe and Charlsie Vaught (John) of Bonham; and his grandchildren, Millie Sprouse, K. C. Sprouse, Neyland Sprouse and Holland Herpeche. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, extended family, and a host of friends.
