He is survived by: his wife Shirley Horton of Dodd City; his children, Dale Horton (Tonya) of Dodd City and Dana Nutt (Fred) of Paris; his grandchildren, Holly Horton, Jeramie Horton, Mindy McBrayer (Justin), Josh Nutt (Jill), Jenna Nutt, Megan Burpo (John), Kayla Davis (Matt) and Jacey Horton; and his great grandchildren, Aden Adams, Elleni Adams, Cayden Nutt, Londyn Nutt, Cam Nutt, Annie Nutt, Kayleigh McBrayer, Journi Horton, Keegan Burpo, Piper Burpo, Khloe Davis and Jay Davis.
