She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wallace Kennedy and Effie Mae Riordan Kennedy; and her siblings, Dorothy Steele, Lydia Jones, Bessie Ely and Fred Kennedy Jr..
She is survived by: her spouse Clovis Carlton Harlan; her son Chivas Smith of Frisco, Texas; and her siblings, Barbara Mills of Bonham, Clara Ries, Jane Kennedy of Colorado, Mary Brown of St. Louis, Missouri, Clarence Kennedy of Rusk, Claude Kennedy of Kennard and Joe Kennedy of Alpine, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
COVID did not stop her from voting in person last election.
