She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Anders and Irene Anders; her siblings, Douglas Anders and Nancy Anders Roeder; and her father-in-law Doug Biehle.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Biehle of Dime Box; her mother-in-law Sharon Biehle of Dime Box; her siblings-in-law, Terrisia (Bob Schier) of Austin, Tina Anders of Schulenburg and Mark Roeder of Shiner; her niece Tiffany (Michael Shreve) of Lakeway; and her nephews, Mitchell Roeder, Mason Roeder and Dustin Anders.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Cindy's love of all animals, memorials are asked to be made to the Austin Humane Society, 124 West Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78752, to a local animal shelter near you, or to the charity of one's choice.
