It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Severiano Tovar of Dilley, Texas, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonino Tovar and Maria Elena Velasquez Tovar; his wife Maria Angelita Tovar; his brothers, Juan Tovar Velasquez and Victor Tovar Velasquez; his children, Consuela Maldonado, Fausto Tovar, Esteban Tovar, Maria Elena Rodriguez and Jose Tovar; and his sisters, Adela Tovar Velasquez and Salome Tovar Velasquez. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
