It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rubina Ortiz of Dilley, Texas, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leonides Noel Ortiz; and her brother Oscar Ortiz. She is survived by: her mother Maria Irma Herrera-Ortiz; her children, Jerrica Lee Trevino, Felicia Jicelle Medina and Christian Oscar Medina; and her siblings, Sophia Molina, Leonides Ortiz Jr., Melissa Yvette Luna, Laura Ann Ortiz and Dimas Ortiz. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
