He is survived by: his wife Emma Boyd; his children, Tyran Boyd, Adean Velasquez, Julie Heirholzer (Ken) and Janay Boyd; and his siblings, Calvin Boyd, Bill Boyd, Joan Chapman, Joyce McRee, Marion Mergele and Linda Henehan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
