He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio E. Guerra and Eloisa Rodriguez Guerra; and his siblings, Leonor Sanchez of Laredo, Ida G. Rodriguez of Laredo and Jose Maria Guerra of Laredo.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Martinez, Jose of Cotulla, Raevon G. Molina, Danny of Dilley, Rolando E. Guerra Jr., Brianna Teneyuca of Cotulla and Rigo Guerra of Dilley; and his sister Hilda Almendarez of Laredo. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
