He was predeceased by: his parents, Geronimo Rodriguez and Emeteria Rodriguez; and his brothers, Gonzalo Rodriguez, Abundio Rodriguez and Arnulfo Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his sisters, Tomasa Maldonado, Paula Cisneros, Julia Olivarez and Alicia Longoria; his wife Valentina Rodriguez; and his children, Rene Rodriguez (Ophelia) of Temple, Rodolfo Higinio Rodriguez (Lidia) of Dilley and Maria Debora Slocum (Marc) of Brownfield. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
