He is survived by: his wife Elodia Longoria Herrera of Dilley; his stepchildren, Teri Brado (Benjamin), Diane Sarno (Victor), Maria Linda Tijerina (Jesse Benavides) and Antonio San Miguel; and his siblings, Sylvia Herrera Ramirez of Monterrey, Mexico., Mariano Herrera of Monterrey, Mexico., Saul Herrera of Monterrey, Mexico., Rosalva H. Moreno of Monterrey, Mexico. and Antonio Herrera of Monterrey, Mexico.. He is also survived by 24 step grandchildren, 23 step great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
