She is survived by: her son Alfredo Del La Fuente III; her wife Melissa of Lytle; her daughters, San Juanita De La and Dora De La Fuente; and her siblings, Juan Hernandez of Pharr, Manuel Hernandez, Lupe Hernandez, Francisco Hernandez of Georgia, Jose Hernandez of Michigan, Maria Hernandez Salinas of Alamo, Carlotta Hernandez Mancias of Pharr, Michaela Hernandez Ramos of San Juan and Annie Hernandez Navarro of Alamo. She is also survived by grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
