She is survived by: her son Scott Anthony Ortiz; and her siblings, Robert Ortiz, Gilbert Ortiz, Ramon Ortiz, Raul Ortiz, Silvia Jaco and Yolanda Garcia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
