He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrado Garcia and Petra Lujano Garcia; and his siblings, Ruben Garcia, Soila Quintanilla, Maria Flores, Noel L. Garcia, Rosa G. Garcia and Maria Garcia Ruel.
He is survived by: his wife Francine Kresak Garcia; his daughter Audra Garcia; his grandson Rolando Ryan Martinez; and his sister Gloria G. Valdez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
