She is survived by: her children, Rogelio David Garcia (Carmen) of Grand Prairie, TX and Marcelino Garcia Jr.; her wife Claudia of Dilley; and her siblings, Elva Garcia, Erubiel Garcia (Liz) and Noe Garcia (Sylvia). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
