He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton Odis and Edith Eppars (Bartley); his wife Carol Dawn McGrew; his son Daniel Eppars; and his brother Carlton Eppars.
He is survived by: his children, Felton Wayne Eppars Jr. (Dawn) and Mary Carol Rogers (Glenn); his grandson Jeffery Wayne Rogers; and his sister Wanda Roberts.
