He is survived by: his wife Judy Marlee Pittman of Dike; his children, Gregory Eugene Norris (Maria) of Everett, WA, Walter Eric Norris of Seattle, WA and April Offutt (Jeremy) of Pickton, TX; his siblings, James L. "Dink" Norris Sr. (Becky), Evelyn Faye Farmer, Virginia Phillips, Lois Wix and Lucy Ellen Offutt; and his grandchildren, Brynn Marlee Offutt, Reese Ellyn Offutt and Raeden Norris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
