He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Richmond; his father Wendell Richmond; his brothers, Wesley Richmond and Harold Richmond; and his mother Mabel Ellen Richmond (Osborn).
He is survived by: his sister Eloise Lauritsen; his children, Ena Marie Richmond, Dennis Roy Richmond (Susan) and Alan Dale Richmond (JanaLee); and his grandchildren, James Palmer, Kyle Palmer, Lauren Morris, Collin Palmer, Mandy Sue Miller, Marissa Bassham, Eddy Richmond, Chandler Richmond, Derek Richmond and Dylan Richmond. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1701 Loop 301 E, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482).
