She was predeceased by: her mother Nell Katherine VanRiper (Smith); her brother Raymond VanRiper of Burnet, Texas; and her father Robert VanRiper. She is survived by: her husband Jack Towers of Dike, Texas; her children, Michael Wolfe of Dike, Texas and Jennifer Brewer (Bradley) of Ft. Worth, Texas; her grandchildren, Lukas Belz, Meredith Brewer and Ethan Brewer; and her niece Kathy Barnett (Cary) of Saltillo.
