Winnie Arnett Veasey Stanton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2022, at the age of 90, Winnie Arnett Veasey Stanton of Dickinson, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Joseph and Laura Elizabeth Kuykendall Veasey of Dickinson; and her siblings, George Veasey, Robert Veasey, Fredrick Veasey, Sidney Veasey, Colquitt Veasey, Dr. Jess Veasey, Shirley Veasey Arrow, Minnie Veasey Gill and Ella Veasey Baldwin.

She is survived by: her sons, Horace Devon Stanton, Donald Patrick Stanton, Howard Douglas Stanton and Devon Donald (Betty); her sister Laura Veasey Williams; her granddaughter Trilainna Stanton; and her nieces, Dr. Margaret Lang Williams, Audrey Bailey and Alfreda Malone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

This included donations in honor of her Mom to Faith United Church.
