She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Jaggers and Charlotte Jaggers Hucks; and her stepfather Al Hucks. She is survived by: her husband Bill Brown, Jr. of Dickinson, Texas; her children, Kevin Michael Brown (Hollie) of Flower Mound, Texas and Dr. Karen Hutcheson of Louisville, Kentucky; her sister Monica Jaggers of La Marque, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Karlie Renae Brown, Kade Michael Brown, Kashiku Hutcheson, Lemlem Hutcheson, Isaac Hutcheson and Kaleb Hutcheson.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Pamela Brown can be made to the Dickinson ISD Education Foundation.
