With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Susan Emmite of Dickinson, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Susan Emmite to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kenneth Ferguson and Nelda Evelyn Ferguson (May); and her husband Frank B. Emmite. She is survived by: her children, Dana Denise Watson (David), Michael D. Melancon, Kenneth J. Melancon and Frank S. Emmite (Amanda); her siblings, Billie L. Raitano and Tim Ferguson; and her grandchildren, Dylan Warner, Frank A. Emmite, Randy Richter, Michael Richter, James Barnum and Jessica Simmons. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (851 Farm to Market 517 Rd W, Dickinson, TX 77539). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church (300 Fm 517 Rd E, Dickinson, TX 77539).
