She was predeceased by: her parents, Luzmila Mendez and Isaias Mendez. She is survived by: her husband Robert N. Ban; her children, Karla M. Ban-Baker, Kurt R. Ban and Kenneth M. Ban; her sister Haydee Mendez; and her grandchildren, Enyi J. Ban, John Robert Baker and Karly M. Baker.
