She was predeceased by: her parents, Arsenio Bongcasan and Catalina Engreso. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Errol Murphy; her children, Maria Murphy-Perez, Patricia Murphy, Shawn Murphy and Donald Murphy; and her siblings, Conchita, Adelina, Zenaida, Elizabeth, Rolando and Rodrigo. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (851 Farm to Market 517 Rd W, Dickinson, TX 77539). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Dickinson.
