He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kossa Cernosek and Anton B. Cernosek. He is survived by: his son Brian (Lisa); his siblings, Barbara Ann O. P., Tony (Marilyn) and Mary Jane; and his nephews, Aaron Cernosek (Clarissa), Nate Cernosek (Jessica) and David Cernosek (Courtney). He is also survived by several grand nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to the Dominican Sisters of Houston.
