He is survived by: his children, John Charles Weaver (Lorretta), Mary Tindall (Glenn), Kathy Green (Billy) and Patricia Walzel (Don); his siblings, Roy Weaver (Louise), Delilah Jones (Ray) and Sue White; his grandchildren, April Tindall, Bessie Sledge, Glenda Landrum, Amy Wellerman, John Green, Michelle Green Stapleton, Michael Green, Chad Green, Crystal Green, Kenny Green and Paige Allison; his brother-in-law Larry Sills (Yvonne); his nephew Gary Sills (Sandy); and also Amy Sustana. He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren; numerous great – great grandchildren.
