He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Worthen and Bertha Anderson Worthen; his daughter Judy; his brothers, Roy and Hugh; and his wife Dorothy Marie Overbeck.
He is survived by: his children, Bobbie (Charles) and Gary (Beth); his grandsons, Brian Wells, Ryan Wells (Lindsey), Cody Wells, Matthew Worthen (Hayley) and Andrew Worthen; and his great grandchildren, Trinity, Chance, Beretta and Scout.
